Padel Operations & Business Development Executive – GCC (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a commercially driven professional to expand its presence across the GCC by promoting a digital solution that streamlines padel club operations. The role involves building relationships with key decision‑makers in padel clubs and sports investment groups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with padel clubs, multi‑club operators and sports investment groups across the GCC.
• Promote and sell the company’s digital application, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address client requirements and support product demonstrations.
• Conduct regular client visits and travel across the UAE and wider GCC region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging opportunities in the padel and sports‑technology sectors.
• Support client onboarding and foster long‑term product adoption and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Sports Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development or commercial partnerships, preferably within sports, fitness, technology or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of padel club operations, including bookings, memberships, tournaments and facility management.
• Established connections with padel club owners, operators or sports‑leisure businesses across the UAE or GCC (highly desirable).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UAE and GCC.

• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and capable of managing the entire sales process independently.
• Flexible approach to working hours, with availability for client meetings and events outside standard office hours.
