Paid F&B Service Internship at Burj Al Arab

About the role

The Jumeirah Group is offering a fully funded six‑month internship in the Food & Beverage (F&B) service department of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai. Interns will work on the hotel’s luxury dining venues, delivering high‑standard service to international guests while gaining hands‑on experience in a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly and efficient F&B service to guests in line with Jumeirah standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests and ensure prompt resolution of any dissatisfaction.
• Operate the Micros POS system, process transactions accurately and produce daily sales reports.
• Collaborate with the F&B and pastry teams to coordinate service flow and special orders.
• Maintain workflow efficiency by following the Sequence of Service and relevant SOPs.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with the Micros POS system.
