Paid Media Content Strategist

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Paid Media Content Strategist to lead the end‑to‑end creation and optimisation of paid‑media creative across its digital channels. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that every piece of content drives performance and aligns with the brand’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate upcoming paid‑media campaigns and plan digital content needs for platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop clear, data‑informed creative briefs based on historic performance, platform trends and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate content requirements for shoots, influencers, creators and internal teams, ensuring alignment with paid‑media goals.
• Own and continuously improve the content development process, facilitating collaboration between editors, designers and production teams.
• Manage relationships with external creators, agencies and freelancers to scale output and deliver best‑in‑class paid‑media creative.
• Edit and adapt assets for specific paid‑media formats, optimizing for performance while maintaining brand consistency.
• Oversee content approvals and delivery, ensuring timely rollout across all paid channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 60 months (5 years) experience in paid‑media content creation and strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance data and continuous improvement.
