Painting Foreman

About the role

The Painting Foreman will lead on‑site painting teams in Dubai, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and organize painting tasks for each project.
• Supervise the application of paints and coatings, ensuring proper techniques and finish.
• Maintain work quality and monitor compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, team members and clients to coordinate activities.
• Prepare progress reports and manage material inventories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in painting projects, team supervision and project management.
• Knowledge of various paint types, tools and application techniques.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with staff, clients and management.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the UAE construction sector is advantageous.
