Construction Supervision Professionals – Dubai Projects

About the role

AECOM is launching a recruitment drive to staff ongoing infrastructure projects in Dubai. We are looking for experienced construction supervision professionals across a wide range of disciplines, from resident engineering to BIM coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, civil, structural, electromechanical and utility teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections, material testing and progress reporting for roads, bridges, buildings and utilities.
• Prepare and review engineering documents, drawings and BIM models.
• Manage health, safety and environmental compliance on project sites.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering or architecture degree.
• Minimum experience ranging from 7 to 20+ years depending on the role.
• Experience with local authorities and RTA‑approved processes for Dubai projects.
• Proven track record in supervising large‑scale infrastructure works.

Required skills

• RTA Approved (for Resident Engineer role).
• BIM coordination.
