Paralegal – Finance & Corporate

About the role

Join a leading international law and professional services firm as a Finance & Corporate Paralegal. You will support a team of lawyers delivering high‑quality legal services to global corporations, financial institutions and investment fund managers, often under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare first drafts of documents such as memorandum and articles of association, board minutes, directors' resolutions, shareholder resolutions, structured finance transaction documentation and legal opinions.
• Manage conditions precedent and subsequent checklists for financing transactions and assist with transaction deliverables.
• Handle document management, including preparing execution versions, coordinating closings and reviewing drafts for issues.
• Arrange filings of special and ordinary resolutions, changes of directors/officers, and related corporate matters.
• Implement and maintain billing and collections processes, draft quotations, invoice narratives and chase unpaid invoices.
• Maintain accurate client files, conduct CORIS and court database searches, and perform conflict checks, KYC reviews and matter opening procedures.
• Continuously update knowledge of relevant legislation and specialist areas.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.

• Willingness to support lawyers without providing legal advice.
• Professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with CORIS search tools.
• Familiarity with court search databases.
• Document drafting and management capabilities.
• Billing and collections system administration.
