Paralegal

About the role

DT One is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the General Counsel in legal operations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Working within a small in‑house legal team, you will act as an operational partner, ensuring that legal and compliance obligations are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage corporate resolutions, entity administration, director appointments, statutory registers, and corporate filings.
• Assist in preparing, administering, and maintaining contracts and standard legal templates.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain structured legal files, contract repositories, and document management systems.
• Independently handle KYC onboarding and due‑diligence for B2B partners, collecting and reviewing required documentation.
• Perform sanctions and screening checks in line with internal procedures and keep regulatory records audit‑ready.
• Support ongoing regulatory monitoring and internal compliance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in a paralegal or legal support role.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and KYC/AML processes.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple legal documents and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
