Paralegal – Legal Research, Contracts & Litigation Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. You will support lawyers by conducting research, preparing documents, managing contracts, and assisting with litigation matters while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law and summarize findings in structured reports.
• Draft, review and format legal documents, contracts, memoranda, NDAs, MoUs and other correspondence.
• Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Assist in compliance reviews, audits and policy updates, monitoring legal and regulatory changes.
• Support litigation cases by organizing files, tracking deadlines, preparing case summaries and liaising with external counsel.
• Manage electronic and physical filing systems, coordinate document collection, approvals and follow‑ups.
• Utilize legal management, document management and contract lifecycle management tools, ensuring version control and audit trails.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint/OneDrive and advanced Excel functions for tracking and reporting.
• Apply AI‑powered tools to enhance research, document drafting and contract review efficiency.
