Paratha Maker – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paratha Maker to join our hospitality team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will prepare a variety of parathas to meet customer expectations while upholding high standards of taste, hygiene, and food quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough, fillings, and other ingredients for plain and stuffed parathas.
• Roll, shape, and cook parathas according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Maintain consistency in taste, size, and overall quality.
• Keep the kitchen and cooking area clean, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, minimize waste, and coordinate with fellow kitchen staff during peak periods.
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment and utensils.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paratha Maker, Roti Maker, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of dough preparation and paratha‑making techniques.
• Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
