About the role

Join Sephora (Maison Margiela) at Dubai Festival City as a Part‑Time Beauty Consultant. You will be the face of the brand, delivering premium beauty experiences to a diverse clientele while supporting the store’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product advice using deep makeup and product knowledge.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, ensure proper stock replenishment, and manage new product launches.
• Promote products, execute merchandising standards, and keep the boutique visually appealing.
• Address customer queries about product usage, pricing, and availability.
• Demonstrate product benefits and usage, generating sales and upselling where appropriate.
• Track daily sales performance, generate reports, and support post‑launch sales monitoring.

• Professional grooming standards and a passion for luxury beauty.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assess and fulfill customer needs.
