Part-Time Beauty Consultant – L'etoile (Lancome) Dubai Festival City

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Beauty Consultant to join our L’etoile (Lancome) boutique in Dubai Festival City. The role focuses on delivering premium customer experiences, promoting Lancome products and achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalized service to all customers, answering queries on product range, pricing and usage.
• Utilise sales techniques and product knowledge to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, ensure proper stock replenishment and manage new product launches.
• Promote products, execute merchandising standards and keep displays aligned with brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate makeup application and product benefits, advising customers on the best solutions for their needs.
• Track daily sales, generate reports and monitor post‑launch performance.
• Participate in incentive programmes and contribute to overall store performance.
