Partner – 360 Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

About the role

The IN Group is launching a new Middle East hub in Dubai and is looking for a high‑performing Partner to join the founding team as a 360 Recruitment Consultant focused on technology and transformation. This senior role combines business development, market building and end‑to‑end recruitment delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Dubai practice, building a team of 10‑12 consultants.
• Generate new business and win contracts in the technology, change recruitment and management consulting sectors.
• Deliver premium, high‑value recruitment solutions for clients undergoing digital and cultural transformation.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the broader IN Group brands to leverage cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience as a 360 recruitment consultant.
• Proven track record in technology and transformation recruitment, either within an agency or executive search practice.
• Existing network in the UAE or willingness to relocate from the UK.
• Strong business development and market‑building capabilities.
