Partner – Financial Wizard (Venture Portfolio, M&A, SPVs)

About the role

Entropy is seeking a senior finance partner to lead financial planning, analysis, and structuring across its venture portfolio, M&A transactions, and special purpose vehicles. This part‑time, remote‑flexible engagement is designed to evolve into a full‑time partner position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for venture investments and SPVs.
• Prepare investment memoranda and investor‑ready documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, conduct scenario and unit‑economics analysis, and produce dashboards.
• Support transaction execution from deal evaluation through closing, ensuring compliance and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with founders, investors, and policy stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on capital allocation, restructuring, and new venture initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and compliance with experience in venture portfolios, M&A, and SPV structures.
• Advanced analytical abilities for financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
