Partnership Consultant

About the role

The Partnership Consultant will drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing opportunities through our network of channel partners. You will train new consultants, manage inbound sales inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with partners across the free‑zone ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by handling incoming sales inquiries from channel partners.
• Train and develop new consultants and business set‑up firms to maximise market sales.
• Visit existing and prospective channel partners, log meetings in Zoho CRM with photographic proof, and address partner challenges.
• Conduct a minimum of 35 partner meetings per month and keep detailed records.
• Educate partners on company formation, business activities, free‑zone regulations, and any policy changes.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure strong partner relationships.
• Attend events and business networks to expand the partner base.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Perform market competition analysis through mystery shopping.
• Provide accurate information on client requirements and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar sales or partnership role.
• Proven ability to convert prospects, close deals and meet sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods and techniques.
• Excellent problem‑identification and objection‑handling skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
