About the role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Pastry Chef specializing in chocolate. The role involves developing innovative, premium-quality chocolate creations and supporting unique pastry product development to enhance our brand offering.

Key responsibilities

  • Create premium chocolates, pralines, truffles, bonbons, and chocolate‑based desserts.
  • Develop new and innovative chocolate and pastry products.
  • Demonstrate expertise in chocolate tempering, moulding, ganache, and decoration techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Manage ingredient usage, recipe standardisation, and product costing.

Required profile

  • Advanced chocolate craftsmanship and confectionery skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in product development.

Required skills

  • Chocolate tempering, moulding, ganache preparation, and decoration techniques.
  • Strong pastry‑making and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and waste management.
