About the role
Atlantis The Palm Dubai is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to uphold and elevate the resort’s high pastry standards. You will lead a team in creating innovative desserts and pastries while ensuring consistency across all dining venues.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve pastry quality and presentation standards.
- Develop daily specials and incorporate local specialties into the menu.
- Plan and manage pastry inventory based on forecasted business levels.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage management to enhance guest and colleague satisfaction while adhering to budgetary targets.
- Ensure all equipment sanitation, proper food rotation, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote pastry offerings on social media and other channels.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a pastry or junior sous‑chef role.
- Strong creative and innovative mindset for dessert development.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and lead a kitchen team.
