Patient Admin Executive

About the role

The Patient Admin Executive is the first point of contact for patients visiting Royal Khalifa City Hospital. You will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience by guiding patients to the right departments, handling inquiries, and managing appointment logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, direct them to appropriate departments, and provide routine hospital information.
• Answer telephone inquiries, relay messages to doctors or nurses, and arrange callbacks.
• Manage appointments, including handling no‑shows, rescheduling, and confirming bookings.
• Register new patients and keep existing patient records up to date.
• Explain medical insurance coverage, collect co‑payments, and issue claim forms when required.
• Process daily cash, credit‑card slips, and cheque deposits in accordance with finance protocols.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Hospital Information System, clinic schedules, appointment durations, and doctor duty rosters.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and financial transactions.
• Basic understanding of medical insurance processes.
