Patient Admin Executive

About the role

The Patient Admin Executive is responsible for delivering front‑office services to patients at Royal Clinic Al Riyad City. This role ensures smooth patient flow, accurate registration, billing, and effective communication with both patients and clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, direct them to appropriate departments and provide routine information.
• Register new patients and keep existing patient records up‑to‑date.
• Manage appointments, including confirmations, rescheduling, and handling no‑shows.
• Answer telephone inquiries, relay messages to doctors or nurses, and respond to emails promptly.
• Provide information on medical insurance coverage, collect co‑payments and process claim forms.
• Handle daily cash, credit‑card and cheque deposits, ensuring accurate end‑of‑shift processing.
• Generate and process patient invoices, issue bills, and explain charges and payment options.
• Maintain knowledge of the Hospital Information System, clinic schedules, and doctor rosters.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NMC regulations, infection control, and patient privacy.
• Address patient complaints professionally and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• College degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, staff, and management.
• Ability to handle cash, billing, and back‑office tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with hospital administrative procedures and privacy regulations.
• Ability to work in shifts as scheduled by the team leader.
