Patient Administrator (Emirati)

About the role

We are seeking an Emirati Patient Administrator to join our team at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care through efficient appointment scheduling, registration, and insurance processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration accurately.
• Handle medical insurance verification and related documentation.
• Oversee billing, cash‑up processes and ensure timely financial reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, emergency codes, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (Grade 12); tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting is preferred.
• 2‑3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a contact centre or similar environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems.
