Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

SDBotox is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them from the initial greeting and answering questions through scheduling and payment processing after treatment. The role also covers keeping records and accounts up to date and ensuring the reception area remains clean and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, in person and by phone, and answer questions and concerns.
• Schedule appointments, keep scheduling on track, and process payments.
• Notify providers of service delays and help optimise patient satisfaction, provider time and treatment room use.
• Maintain patient accounts by collecting, recording and updating personal and financial information.
• Track and maintain inventory, anticipate needed supplies and verify their receipt.
• Follow policies, procedures and applicable laws to protect patients' personal and financial data.
• Support the call centre as scheduled.
• Keep the waiting area, front desk and restrooms clean and sanitized, and clean and stock the providers' rooms.
• Carry out other administrative duties and support projects as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting.
• Preferred: previous experience in a medical spa or medical office.
