PAUT Operator – Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing

About the role

The company is a leading testing, inspection and certification provider seeking a skilled PAUT Operator to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will perform phased‑array ultrasonic testing on pipelines, piping systems and equipment for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on various oil & gas assets.
• Interpret test results, generate reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment according to safety and quality procedures.
• Read and follow blueprints, specifications and inspection plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support project schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC (12th) with good communication skills.
• PCN PAUT Level 2 certification with at least 3 years post‑certification experience.
• Overall 5 + years of experience in Phased Array UT within the oil & gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow quality control protocols.
