Payroll Accountant (Multi-Company & High-Volume)

About the role

Experts Plus Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Payroll Accountant to manage high‑volume payroll and multi‑company accounting operations in Dubai. You will ensure accurate salary disbursement, compliance with UAE regulations, and seamless financial processes across several business entities.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring timely payment and WPS compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements.
• Handle inter‑company allocations, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Oversee client invoicing, vendor billing, and VAT‑compliant invoice preparation.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, follow up on collections, and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi‑company environments.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing firms and processing payroll for large employee groups.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
• Hands‑on experience in bank reconciliation and inter‑company accounting.
• Ability to manage high‑volume payroll processing.
