About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. When you join our Hotels team, you’ll brighten guests’ days every shift. As a PBX Telephone Operator you’ll handle incoming calls while delivering the warmth and memorable experiences that define a great stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat, friendly attitude, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to the appropriate teams.
- Leverage the PBX system, computer applications and other technology to support daily operations.
Required profile
- A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
- Integrity – always doing the right thing.
- Leadership, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
