PCN MPT PT Technician – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The company is seeking experienced NDT technicians to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will perform PCN, MPT and PT inspections for oil & gas piping, pipelines and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) on pipelines, pressure vessels and related equipment.
• Perform inspections in accordance with ASNT Level 2 standards and PCN certification requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment, following safety and quality protocols.
• Document test results, prepare reports and communicate findings to engineering teams.
• Support preventive maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement of inspection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC (12th grade) with good communication skills.
• ASNT Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Testing.
• PCN certification for Magnetic Particle Testing and Penetrant Testing.
• 2‑3 years of post‑certification experience in oil & gas NDT.
• Familiarity with UT, MPT, PT, PMI and HT techniques.
