PE Teacher

About the role

NAS Dubai, a flagship campus of Nord Anglia Education, is looking for a PE teacher to join its fast-paced international environment. The school delivers the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, the International Baccalaureate Programme and BTEC, and the teacher will teach PE within this framework.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver PE lessons and challenge students to set ambitious targets for themselves.
• Use innovative teaching practices to enhance students' experiences and outcomes.
• Create a classroom culture where there are no limits to what can be achieved.
• Share best practice with colleagues and peers and be receptive to feedback and change.
• Act as an ambassador for the school, developing new ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community.

Required profile

• University degree in the specialist subject.
• Teaching qualification plus considerable teaching experience and knowledge of the curriculum.
• Strong motivation, communication skills and the ability to build energy and personal investment in the classroom.
• Ability to meet visa-related requirements for the UAE.
