People Analytics & AI Manager

About the role

Arada creates thriving communities and is looking for a People Analytics & AI Manager to own its people data strategy, governance and AI adoption. Reporting to the HR Systems and Innovation Lead, you will define the Group data model, ensure data quality, and turn data into actionable insights for People Experience teams. This role sits at the intersection of HR, data and AI, supporting a large‑scale HR transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Group people data model, master data structures and data dictionary used across all reports and integrations.
• Ensure people data quality through clear rules, active monitoring and remediation processes.
• Build and maintain an operational reporting catalogue for PX teams and an executive KPI layer.
• Analyse workforce composition, cost, movement, attrition and productivity, translating findings into recommendations for leaders.
• Lead AI use‑case identification, prototype development, testing with real users and scaling of proven solutions.
• Drive data and AI literacy across the PX function, enabling self‑service and confident AI tool usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in people analytics, HR data or HR technology, preferably in a multi‑entity or multi‑country environment.
• Proven ownership of an HR data model, data governance and quality frameworks across systems and jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical craft with fluency in SQL and at least one analysis language such as Python or R.
• Hands‑on experience with modern BI platforms (Power BI or Tableau) and the ability to build reporting layers.
• Demonstrated AI literacy with a track record of designing and delivering AI workflows, agents or MVPs.
