People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized People & Culture Coordinator to support our HR initiatives in Ras Al‑Khaimah. You will be a key member of the People & Culture team, helping to maintain employee records, manage recruitment, and foster a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day HR administration, including employee records, work pass applications and responding to HR queries.
• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment: post jobs, schedule interviews, issue offer letters and facilitate onboarding.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications such as letters, reports and monthly employee newsletters.
• Organise employee engagement events, social activities and team‑building initiatives.
• Monitor performance appraisals, probation reviews and employee development records.
• Handle employee exits and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Assist in developing HR policies, diversity and inclusion programmes and learning & development plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems (preferred).
