People & Culture Manager – PR & Communications

About the role

The People & Culture Manager leads and executes the organization’s people strategy across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, this role ensures a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace that aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, promote, and evolve core company values; design culture‑building initiatives and internal communications.
• Design and enhance employee lifecycle experiences, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility; implement feedback mechanisms and recognition programs.
• Lead recruitment, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions; develop coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs.
• Foster an inclusive, equitable workplace; create programs to improve diversity representation and transparent internal communications.
• Promote psychological safety, mental‑health support, and work‑life balance; advocate for sustainable work practices.
• Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and one‑on‑one listening sessions; monitor culture, engagement, and retention KPIs.
• Prepare monthly reports on morale, recruitment, hires, exits, and engagement; provide actionable recommendations to improve culture and retention.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving culture, DEI, and employee well‑being initiatives.
