About the role

Inflexion is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR functions for its software and SAP teams across Continental Asia. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, especially for SAP and IT roles.
• Address employee inquiries, resolve HR policy issues, and promote engagement initiatives.
• Support performance appraisal processes and maintain HR analytics and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws across multiple Asian offices.
• Organise employee wellness and engagement activities tailored to software professionals.
• Oversee the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and handle documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑5 years of HR management experience in the software industry with a focus on IT and SAP recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
