People Operations Specialist – UAE & KSA

About the role

As a Regional People Operations Specialist you will drive the People agenda across the UAE and KSA, owning regional HR operations, employee experience and compliance. You will champion culture and continuous improvement throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end government portal interactions (MOHRE, AXS, Mudad, GOSI) to ensure full compliance.
• Audit HR workflows, document processes and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Lead core HR processes including onboarding, compensation changes, benefits administration and off‑boarding.
• Oversee relocation, visa processing, medical insurance and local orientation for new joiners.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for People Ops queries via the ticketing system.
• Drive adoption of AI‑enabled HR tools to automate manual tasks and improve operational speed.
• Partner with global People teams to embed regional needs into international projects.
• Liaise with external partners such as PRO‑service providers and insurance brokers, managing renewals for employees and dependants.
• Leverage HR Ops metrics to provide data‑driven insights and support operational optimisation.

Required profile

• Highly organized, resilient and proactive.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance in the UAE and KSA.
• Ability to manage government portal requirements and vendor relationships.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive improvements.
