About the role
Ethos is seeking an experienced People Operations and Recruiting Generalist to help train a cutting‑edge AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. This remote, part‑time position offers flexible hours and a $70 per hour rate.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and compensation rationales.
- Draft HR policies, handbooks, performance‑review templates, and candidate‑feedback communications.
- Maintain headcount and compensation‑band trackers using spreadsheets and slide decks.
Required profile
- 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people‑operations professional.
- Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, or performance‑review materials.
- Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations with strong written communication and attention to detail.
