People & Performance Lead – AFR

About the role

The People & Performance Lead will partner with Group Operations and business units to design and implement HR strategies that drive organisational success. This role acts as the bridge between the business and HR, ensuring talent, performance, and development needs are met across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group Operations to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as liaison to assess and address talent, performance management, compensation, career development, and competency needs.
• Lead the design, execution, and administration of HR initiatives across the GCC.
• Analyse HR requirements to translate client business plans into measurable organisational results.
• Promote a performance‑driven culture through employee engagement and operational excellence metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR leadership or generalist role.
• Proven experience developing and managing HR initiatives, preferably within the GCC.
• Industry exposure in real estate, property services, hospitality, tourism, retail, entertainment, or project‑based environments.
• University degree; professional HR qualification from a recognised institute is preferred.
