People Systems Lead

About the role

The People Systems Lead will own the strategic administration, development and optimisation of Taaleem’s People technology landscape. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will ensure HR systems are scalable, integrated and aligned with the organisation’s operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and continuously improve People systems including Oracle Fusion, Talentera, BlueSky and future learning platforms.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and data integrity across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead system governance, vendor management and release cycles.
• Collaborate with IT, external providers and senior People Operations leaders to deliver seamless integrations.
• Provide analytics, reporting and insights to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and developing enterprise HR systems.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HR; experience with Talentera, BlueSky or LMS is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading HRIS implementation or optimisation projects in multi‑site organisations.
