People & Talent Consultant

About the role

Syscort is seeking a proactive People & Talent Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle and support key People & Culture initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and foster an engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Coordinate technical, managerial and client interviews, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding, campus hiring and employee referral programs.
• Oversee pre‑joining activities, conduct inductions and support new hires through probation.
• Organise employee engagement events, wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS, handle transfers, exits and generate HR reports.

Required profile

• Proactive recruiter with strong partnership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
