Performance and SEO Specialist

About the role

Lead and optimise ABM's performance marketing and SEO initiatives across physical retail stores and e‑commerce platforms, owning the full customer journey from demand generation to conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms, managing budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Develop audience segmentation, remarketing, acquisition and retention strategies and support seasonal promotions, product launches and brand activations.
• Design and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and optimise category, product and landing pages.
• Monitor website health, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and manage Google Search Console to improve rankings and CTR.
• Analyse website traffic, conversion rates and CRO opportunities, partner with UX, design and merchandising teams, and lead A/B testing.
• Track, analyse and report KPIs using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio and ad platform dashboards, preparing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO or e‑commerce, preferably in retail, sportswear or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical, reporting and project‑management abilities with excellent communication skills.
