Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

IZIL Moroccan Beauty is looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to support its digital growth across the GCC and international markets. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider digital team, you will help design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing the performance media roadmap.
• Support acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
• Monitor daily metrics such as ROAS, CAC, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Help track budgets and prepare campaign reports.
• Contribute to A/B testing and optimisation to improve funnel performance.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to align assets with performance goals.
• Generate routine performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and budget allocations.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or agencies.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication.
• Familiarity with the cosmetics or beauty sector is a plus.
