Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital acquisition efforts. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, driving conversions, and maximizing revenue and ROI through paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms.
• Develop and optimise Google Search, Display, Performance Max and related campaign types.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting and campaign segmentation.
• Own the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO, internal linking and content briefs.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters and attribution models.
• Analyse customer journeys, run A/B tests on ads, audiences and landing pages, and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead relevance and conversion.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Mandatory SEO experience.
• Must be residing in the UAE and have local market experience.
