Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on performance marketer passionate about lead generation, accurate measurement and continuous optimization. You will own the day‑to‑day execution of paid lead‑generation campaigns across multiple Al Marwan business divisions and markets—from budget management and campaign launches to testing, tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid media budgets and lead‑generation performance across several business divisions and markets.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and emerging channels.
• Adapt campaign strategies, audiences and messaging to different products and market conditions.
• Monitor lead quality through the CRM and optimise for qualified leads.
• Continuously test audiences, offers, creative, copy and landing‑page journeys.
• Work with developers to test and optimise landing pages for higher conversion rates.
• Ensure conversion tracking, attribution and CRM data are accurate and reliable.
• Conduct regular search‑term reviews, maintain negative keyword lists and eliminate wasted spend.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience managing performance‑marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Proven track record running B2B campaigns and delivering qualified leads.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong copy‑writing skills in both languages.
• Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
