Performance Media Manager

About the role

A fast-growing digital media agency in Dubai is looking for a Performance Media Manager to join its team. Working with clients across multiple industries, the role suits an experienced performance media professional who combines strong client servicing and account management skills with hands-on expertise in planning, executing and optimising digital media campaigns across biddable media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as a key point of contact for campaign performance, account strategy and ongoing requirements.
• Own day-to-day account management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and against agreed objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise performance campaigns across biddable channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Develop media strategies, campaign plans, budget allocations and performance forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, analyse performance data and implement optimisation strategies to improve ROI.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, performance insights and recommendations to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale performance, and collaborate with internal teams for effective delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital/performance media within a media or digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and building strong client relationships.
• Ideally based in Dubai, UAE.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rates.
• Budget management, data analysis and presentation skills.
