Personal Finance Advisor – Remote Part‑Time (AI Training)

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced personal finance and consumer planning advisors to help train a cutting‑edge AI language model. You will work remotely, shaping AI‑generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support individual clients in budgeting, debt payoff, and retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with an AI research lab to evaluate and refine AI‑generated financial outputs.
• Create, review, and improve household cash‑flow plans, goals‑based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net‑worth statements, and risk‑tolerance questionnaires.
• Produce high‑quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that meet professional standards.
• Provide feedback on AI performance to enhance model accuracy and usability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience advising individual clients on personal finance topics such as budgeting, debt management, and retirement planning.
• Proven ability to translate scattered financial data into clear, actionable, goals‑based plans.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

What we offer

• Compensation of $70 per hour.
