About the role
The Personal Trainer will assess guests' current fitness levels and design individualized exercise programs while delivering exceptional guest service within the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates recreation area.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate each guest’s fitness status and create personalized workout plans.
- Provide instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Register, schedule, and manage recreation activities and equipment rentals.
- Maintain the recreation area, including water and cup supplies, and report equipment maintenance needs.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
- Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site at the Mall of the Emirates.
