About the role

As a Personal Trainer at Fitness First, you will inspire and guide members to achieve their fitness goals and adopt healthier lifestyles. You will combine expertise in physiology, nutrition, and mindset coaching to deliver personalized training experiences that drive lasting transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group training sessions tailored to individual goals.
• Design customized workout and nutrition plans for each client.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with members to enhance motivation and retention.
• Provide mental and physical coaching, encouraging sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Educate members on proper equipment use, technique, and safety protocols.
• Welcome new members, offering comprehensive gym orientation.
• Maintain personal fitness standards to serve as a role model.
• Hold a valid first‑aid responder certification and act in emergencies if needed.

Required profile

• REPS Level 3 or equivalent personal training certification.
• Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching with documented client success.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, nutrition, and mindset coaching.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and grow a consistent client base.

Required skills

• REPS Level 3 certification (or equivalent).
• First‑aid responder certification.
