Personal Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at MyPT GYM MMA in Abu Dhabi. You will guide members toward their fitness goals by delivering safe, effective, and engaging strength and functional training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and motivation.
• Assess and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Deliver energetic sessions that boost client commitment and motivation.
• Promote a positive gym culture while maintaining high professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage scheduling efficiently.

Required profile

• REPS UAE certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience and strong knowledge of strength and functional training techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs.
