Personal Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The successful candidate will help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized workout programs, ongoing motivation, and expert guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to identify client goals and needs.
• Design and deliver customized exercise and training programs.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and supervise sessions to ensure safety.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as required.
• Provide motivation and encouragement to promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Offer basic nutrition and wellness guidance when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Ensure the gym environment and equipment are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fitness trends and training methods.

Required profile

• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization.
• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
