Personal Trainer – Premium Fitness Facility

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Personal Trainer to join our premium fitness facility in Abu Dhabi. You will design personalized training programs, conduct fitness assessments, lead group classes, and provide expert guidance on exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and develop individualized exercise programs
• Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions and lead group fitness classes
• Provide tailored nutrition advice and lifestyle recommendations
• Motivate clients, track progress, and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular progress reports
• Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support and encouragement
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including First Aid and CPR procedures

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional personal training experience
• Certified Personal Trainer accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
• Proven expertise in fitness assessment and exercise programming
• Experience leading group fitness classes
• Strong client motivation and communication skills
• Nutrition advice certification or equivalent knowledge
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Fluent in English
