Pest Control Technician

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will work on residential and commercial sites, delivering safe and effective pest management solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors of properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and infestation levels.
• Apply appropriate mechanical or chemical treatments in line with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Set and monitor traps to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide clients with detailed advice and recommendations to prevent future infestations.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments applied, and customer interactions.
• Keep company equipment and vehicle in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of pest biology and control methods is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends or on‑call shifts.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
