Petroleum Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Petroleum Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering and over five years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The role involves hands‑on wireline operations and specialization in ESP completion design and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise rig‑based well operations, including ESP design, installation, commissioning, and acid stimulation activities.
• Lead completion optimisation activities focusing on ESP performance improvement and reliability enhancement.
• Plan and supervise rig‑less operations, including wireline and slickline interventions, and interpret data for well intervention decisions.
• Analyse production performance, manage production data, and propose technical solutions to optimise well and field production.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the oil and gas industry with hands‑on wireline operations.
• Strong understanding of drilling, completion, wireline, and general oilfield operations.
• Proven project management capability with effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
