Pharmacist – Full‑time On‑site in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our Dubai team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for accurate medication dispensing, prescription review, and patient counseling while ensuring compliance with UAE pharmacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and verify prescriptions for appropriateness.
• Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, and safe medication use.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure storage conditions meet regulatory standards.
• Support medication safety initiatives and adhere to local pharmacy laws and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all pharmacy activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and assist with insurance or billing queries related to prescriptions.
• Participate in wellness initiatives and patient education programs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic drug use, and medication safety practices.
• Proficiency in prescription verification, dispensing processes, and pharmacy inventory management.
• Ability to counsel patients effectively on medication use and adherence.
• Familiarity with UAE pharmacy regulations, controlled substances handling, and documentation standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Valid or eligibility for UAE pharmacist licensure/registration.
• Previous experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting in Dubai or the wider UAE is preferred.
