Pharmacist – Healthcare Logistics & Distribution

About the role

We are a fast‑growing healthcare logistics and pharmaceutical distribution company operating across the UAE. The pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant dispensing of medicines while supporting our supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, dispense and accurately label prescription medications in line with UAE Ministry of Health regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance to patients and healthcare providers on drug usage, side effects, interactions and storage.
• Maintain detailed inventory records, conduct stock audits and manage expiry‑date tracking for all pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply of regulated and controlled substances.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and local regulatory standards in daily operations.
• Train junior pharmacy staff and support compliance documentation audits for licensing and inspections.

Required profile

• Valid UAE DHA / MOH / DOH Pharmacist License.
• Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software (e‑Prescribe, PMS).
• Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and GPP standards.
• Experience handling controlled drugs and narcotics.
• Experience with inventory management tools (SAP, ERP systems).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical import/export or wholesale distribution, familiarity with the UAE Central Drug Database (CDD) or e‑Dawa system, basic Arabic.
