Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred Physical Education lessons.
• Collaborate with middle leaders, administrators and fellow teachers to enhance curriculum delivery.
• Contribute to team planning and support Section/Key Stage Leaders in raising academic standards.
• Participate in the Quality Assurance programme for parent communication and engagement.
• Apply the UAE teaching framework to ensure consistent “good” teaching practice.
• Use mentoring and coaching methods to develop reflective practice among staff.
• Conduct peer lesson observations and help create action plans for improvement.
• Share best practices and resources with UK‑trained colleagues and support their development.
• Attend internal and external professional development events.

Required profile

• Female candidate, in line with local employment regulations.
• Qualified teacher with experience or strong interest in teaching Physical Education.
• Ability to create vibrant, well‑planned learning environments.
• Strong collaborative skills and willingness to support colleagues.
• Resilient, energetic and committed to continuous professional development.
